About Us

Mrs. Tee Way is a multitalented and multi faceted 21st century Proverbs 31 Woman. She is a licensed ordained elder and the assistant pastor of Faith Assembly of Christ Church, Inc. of Washington, D.C. Her mission is to inspire, uplift and encourage others to seek their God given purpose in life and have fun during the process. She is a wife, mother, motivational speaker, author and friend to many.

As a keynote speaker and minister of the Gospel, Pastor Tee has ministered to audiences around the world. The youngest of six, she was born and education in Washington, D.C. She attended Duke Ellington School of the Arts and went on to continue her education at the American University where she received her degree in Business Administration from The Kogod School of Business. She is currently the Co-owner and publisher of The Shepherd’s Guide, a premier christian business directory of Washington D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia. She is also Chief Operating Officer of Al Way Consulting, a nationally known human resources training and development company. She and her husband are professional facilitators and trainers. They design and present curriculum, keynote speeches, and facilitate training classes in behavioral preferences, marriage/family life, leadership development, team building, emotional intelligence and customer service.

Mrs. Way is the founder of Wife 4 Life Ministries an organization that empowers wives to become Proverbs 31 women. She is also founder of Women of Royal Destiny (WORD), Esther’s Court for young girls/teens and Dating God’s Way for singles. Her innovative ministries equip girls and women to live a life that leads to discovering their God given potential and purposes. 

Mrs. Way models a healthy work life balance by enjoying hobbies in dance, travel and interior design. At the core of her being, she is a worshipper at heart. Her desire is to love the Lord with all her being, to live a life that will bring Him glory and to use her gifts to edify the body of Christ and others in the marketplace. Next to serving the Lord, being a wife and mother is her first ministry. Her greatest joy is being married to her husband, Al for over 35 years. She is the proud mother of AJ, Allison and Alexis and Mimi to Sparkle and DJ.
